Our library is headed by a librarian and assisted by two assistant librarian and six rank & files. There are about 14,000 books available for reading and borrowing as well as magazines, newspapers, television, audio and video rooms and others. It is able to support 60 users comfortably at any one time. The reference books available are mainly of management, security, law, criminology and information on other government agencies. A pay-photocopier is also available for the convenient of users.

The library is fully computerised using the ILMU (Integrated Library Management Utilities) application to catalogue, borrow, return, collection of penalties of late return and others. All reading materials are bar-coded to ensure a systematic and accurate entry to the computer application. Users can also search for reference books using the computer available at the library or requesting the librarian for assistance.
