Cooking Area/Kitchen

There are 2 Dining Halls at this college, one each on the left and right wing of the building. The Melati Hall is on the left wing whereas the Cempaka Hall is on the right wing. Each hall is able to accommodate 350 persons at any one time. Both rooms are fully air-conditioned with a separate level for cooking area which is fully equipped with cooking utensils and cold room for food storage. The installation of "dumb waiters" ease the distribution of cooked foods from kitchen to dining hall.
